(5/5) Moving my father in was the toughest decision of my life, but honestly was the easiest process that I could’ve imagined. Not only was it easy, but his life has improved. He’s getting the care that he deserves, and the convenience and affordability of my life has been better as well. Highly recommend!

(1/5) This is the absolute worst place to send your loved ones. They do act like a cult. The house might be beautiful but they CONSTANTLY mix up medications with others, ignore them and just leave them to watch tv all day, little to no exercise. The dr is rarely there! A nurse told me she saw another woman get tied up in her wheel chair for misbehaving and she quit her first week. I’m literally appalled with this place. Do not risk it!!!!

(5/5) The first time I came to this place I saw it was very clean and well managed, the staff were very professional and treated my mother with a lot of care and respect. She’s been here for a couple years now and I couldn’t be more grateful for this place, their care and the doctors availability, he always answers when we call. VERY RECOMMENDED!

(5/5) La atención de este lugar es fabulosa, es la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar en llevar a nuestro familiar aqui, en este lugar sientes que estas en tu propio hogar , la atención para los residentes es muy buena por algo hay abuelitos que tienen muchos años en ese lugar ,visitalo te lo recomiendo .

(1/5) Worst place to send your loved one. They mix up medications, don’t tell you when they need more medication, ignore them, zero exercise, TIE THEM UP when they misbehave (I have actual proof of this). My mother has dementia and she had multiple incidents here in the few months she was there, I was told several different stories about how they occurred, never the same story. At one point she was tied to the bed and knocked her teeth out on the railing, but I was told “she fell in the bathroom”. Maybe it was legit years ago based on the other reviews that I read before placing her there, but do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this place.

(5/5) muy recomendada esta estancia para adultos. siempre nos estan al pendiente de todo y nos avisan como va mi papa. tambien me mandan videos y siempre con actividades. muy feliz de ver encontrado esta casa

(5/5) La verdad me encantó el servicio de todo el personal, en especial las actividades que tienen para el adulto mayor, mi abuelo se encuentra actualmente en esta casa y estamos felices de que se encuentre bien y aparte conviva con más personas de su edad. Siempre recomendaría este lugar

(5/5) Casa de Retiro El Mirador has been a true blessing for our family.We are incredibly grateful for the care, love, and attention they give my grandpa every single day. The staff is professional, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. They even surprised him with a mariachi for his birthday and made his favorite cake — moments like that show how much they truly care about their residents.The doctor is always available, the nurses are absolutely amazing, and communication is excellent — they answer texts and calls right away, which gives us so much peace of mind. We honestly feel our grandpa is in the best place possible.I would highly recommend Casa de Retiro El Mirador to anyone looking for a loving, safe, and dedicated place for their loved ones.

(1/5) They are like a cult they take your loved one make them have no contact with loved ones and family. And they make no effort to make family feel any better about there loved ones in there program.

(5/5) They are caring and most importantly, flexible.Everyone needs a different type of care. They actually try to accommodate your loved one instead of treating them like a transaction. I'm forever grateful to them for the recovery my mom is making... it's all because of the quick iterations we were able to make to her medication / diet / excercise thanks to Guillermo / Blanca / the whole team. Thank you
